General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Сan't change user settings in admin panel

I need to change a user setting from admin panel but I can't do it.
When I try to change my settings I have an error message like this:

Save failed with the following error: Email 'email@email.com' is already in use for customer!

When I try to change setting of another user I have an error message like this:

Save failed with the following error: RegistrationDTO is not valid!

Note: for registration and login I am using API from another website and don't save user password on my website. On J3 everything works.
