I have been in contact with Acymailing support for weeks and have even provided access to my site's backend to report that Automation emails aren't working.
We have Joomla 4.4.2 and Acymailing Enterprise 9.1.0.
Basically, we need to send an automated email when someone places and order on Hikashop and it remains "Pending" one day after. This should be easy and in fact we had this solution implemented and several others before upgrading Acymailing to the latest version in August 23.
After this upgrade, all the automation processes were gone.
So, we have now 3 pending orders on Hikashop, placed on 9, 11 and 12 of january.
The automation is configured as follows:
It is interesting to note that this summary says: "This automation will be applied to one AcyMailing user", although, as mentioned, there are 3 pending orders with 3 different users.
Anyway, checking the queue I can see it is empty, so nothing happens!
This is the CRON configuration:
All this has been reported to Acymailing support team, but after weeks of email back and forth, they refuse to acknowledge that their product isn't working, so I'm beginning to suspect that I'm not dealing with honest people anymore. I've been using Acymailing for around 10 years with all these automations and I find this very strange.
Does anyone know what is going on?
Is there anything wrong with the configurations above?
